Instructions
We are proud of our products and want you to enjoy them at their best. Please follow these instructions for heating your cookies, or for baking them yourself.
Heating instructions - cookies
Storage
Store the cookies in their packaging until the Consume by date on the packaging. You can also freeze them in a ziplock bag for up to 3 weeks.
Reheating
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place the cookies on a baking tray and heat them for about 4 minutes. If they are frozen, thaw them first for about 40 minutes and then reheat them in the oven as usual.
Eating
Enjoy them plain, with milk, or with your favourite warm beverage. You can up your cookie game by having them with ice-cream!
Baking instructions - cookie mix
What you
will need
230g (240ml) Butter
Large eggs
Large mixing bowl
Large spoon for mixing, or electric mixer with flat beater attachment
Baking tray, baking paper and cooling rack

Do not eat before baking!
Preparations
Mix the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the chocolate chips and nuts. Mix until combined.
Add the flour and mix until just combined. The batter will be very dry, looking like breadcrumbs.
Add the egg. Mix until just combined.
Do not overmix, or the cookies will lose their crumbliness!
Baking
Form balls of dough of about 1/2 cup (100g - 120g). Lightly press them to hold the dough together.
Preferably freeze overnight, or chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Bake from frozen.
Place the baking paper on the baking tray, and place the cookies on it, about 10 cm apart. Bake for 18 minutes at 180°C. Keep the oven door closed during baking or the cookies will fall flat.
After baking, the cookies need to cool down to hold their shape when picked up. Let cool on a cooling rack for at least 5 minutes.

Tips
Consume within 5 days. Follow the heating instructions before serving as per usual.
To freeze the raw dough, first form balls of dough and then store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
